From clubs and karaoke bars, to a more classy atmosphere and even a speakeasy lounge, Savannah has a wide diverse selection of bars. The majority are film friendly and require permission from the bar owner.
A majority of Savannah's bars are located in the historic district on Bay and River Street. Locals and tourists alike can be seen walking around with plastic cups of alcohol as Savannah is one of the few cities with an open container law.
Savannah is known for its historic cemeteries. There are five cemeteries owned by the city of Savannah: Bonaventure Cemetery and Colonial Cemetery (tourist attractions), Greenwich Cemetery, Laurel Grove North Cemetery, and Laurel Grove South Cemetery.

The industrial locations of Savannah lie in the downtown historic district close to the Savannah River. Factors Walk is comprised of the old cotton warehouses and interesting structures, and River Street is lined with industrial locations like the powerplant and Kehoe house.
